Days turned into nights as they perfected the recipe. Different heat levels were crafted to bring out bold flavours and suit every taste. With a menu built on punchy spices, fresh ingredients and a few secret techniques, Hotville was officially born in early 2021.

Their first store on Uppingham Road in Leicester quickly became a hotspot for food lovers. People came for the hype — and stayed for the flavour explosion. Soon the area had a new energy, powered by Hotville’s love for fresh, quality fried chicken.
